The Heartbeatz Connect app is designed for use with the Heartbeatz device, which can be purchased through the official website. This application effectively transmits heart rate data obtained from the Apple Watch® to various BLE/ANT+/Polar receivers, including Peloton® bikes, Garmin head units, and treadmills.
Setting up Heartbeatz is straightforward. Users simply mount the WYÛR device to their bike or treadmill, launch the Heartbeatz Connect app, and pair it with the WYÛR unit. For exercise equipment equipped with proximity awareness, an automatic association with Heartbeatz occurs. Once linked, users can begin their workout, during which the bike or treadmill will display real-time heart rate data sourced from the Apple Watch®.
By connecting a WYÛR to the Apple Watch®, it transforms into a BLE/ANT+/Polar heart rate monitor, enabling users to utilize their watch's heart rate data with nearly any compatible device.
Additionally, utilizing Apple Health to log workouts allows users to close their activity rings and ensures that heart rate data is accessible on platforms like Peloton, Garmin, and Heart Zones, as well as on any treadmill or rowing machine that supports BLE/ANT+/Polar heart rate monitoring.
